Spring Coach Trip Report

On Sunday March 24th the society visited Aberglasney Gardens near Carmarthen for our first trip of the year. 

40 members and non members enjoyed this beautiful early spring garden which boasted stunning spring flowers including magnolias, camellias, rhododendrons, tulips, daffodils, a fritillaria meadow and much more. It was a sunny dry day and nice enough to sit outside and enjoyed delicious food from the tearoom. 

Quite a few plants were purchased and the shop stocked an array of books, gardening equipment and tempting homeware.
