Annual General Meeting

Our annual general meeting will be held THIS MONTH on Wednesday 25th in the Llantonian Hall. All members are invited to attend, and as usual we require 30 members for the meeting to go ahead.

Written apologies are counted for the minimum numbers so if you cannot attend, please email llantwitmajorhortsoc@gmail.com to show your support. 

Any proposals to changes of the constitution must be made in
writing and received by the Society no later than 14 days prior to the meeting.
