Annual General Meeting

There will be no guest speaker in October due to our annual general meeting, which will take place on Wednesday 26th October. Held in the Llantonian Hall, we will be starting at 7.30pm prompt so please arrive on time.

As usual, we need 30 attendees for the meeting to go ahead so please make every effort to attend. If you are unable to attend, please email your apologies before the 26th to llantwitmajorhortsoc@gmail.com as all apologies count toward the headcount and are gratefully received.

If anyone has a motion they wish to put forward, we will need it in writing by Wednesday 12th October. Please send them to llantwitmajorhortsoc@gmail.com or deliver them to the store.

Our guest speakers will return for the last of the year in November, with Rob Evans from Pheasant Acre Plants giving us a talk on flowers from bulbs.
