General Data Protection Regulation and the Llantwit Major Horticultural Society. 

You might be aware that on May 25th 2018 the new EU regulations on how your data is protected came into effect. As a member of the society we store the personal information you provide us with on your membership form and use them as contact details throughout the duration of your membership with us. All of our information is stored securely in compliance with GDPR guidelines and you can read more about our privacy policy on the website. 

You should have received an email as part of your subscription to this monthly newsletter asking you to update your details to keep having the emails sent. Please make sure you update your emails and opt in to receiving them before June 23rd or your details will be removed from the mailing list and you will have to re sign up to get your newsletter. Even if you're details remain the same please do click update preferences on your GDPR email and save so we know you're still interested. If you don't think you have received your GDPR email please check your spam folder or email us via llantwitmajorhortsoc@gmail.com.

You do of course have the right to request, view, amend or delete your information at any time - please just contact a member of the committee if you'd like to do so.
